The hotel is superbly located near the heart of Times Square, making it perfect for theater-goers and city explorers. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, though a quieter room may be preferable due to morning traffic noise. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and needs are met. The dining options, while not extensive, provide a satisfying start to the day for exploring NYC. The overall value for the price paid is excellent.

The hotel was perfect for our needs and the location, offering sweet and very comfortable rooms. Though there might be some noise early morning due to occasional building works nearby, it didn't happen often. The sandalwood and orange toiletries in the bathroom added a nice touch to the well-furnished but slightly small rooms.

Having a fridge and a bar for a nightcap would have been a nice addition. The service was top-notch, from toasting bagels at breakfast to organizing a set-price car to the airport on my last day; they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, steps away from Times Square and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was icing on the cake with wine and cheese in the afternoons. Overall, a fabulous experience!

I had such a great time at this hotel! The wine and cheese events in the early evening were perfect for meeting new friends. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, especially the family room with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
